Divorce Care

Is a series of support groups and seminars by people who understand what it’s like to go through a divorce; $25, includes workbook. Divorce are will be starting in early January on Mondays at 6:45pm. Celebrate Recovery

Are you not perfect? Great! Maybe Celebrate Recovery can help you on your journey. Celebrate Recovery is for people who have overcome or wish to overcome past hurts, hang-ups or habits. The evening includes some worship, teaching and opportunity to talk. Contact Jay by phone 577-3463 x 29 or email for more information. Pastoral Care Workshops

The most effective people in the church are often those who admit they don’t have their spiritual journey totally all together. The Pastoral Care Workshops for the Winter will be focusing on how can to better connect with the living God, while living in the busy world. Prayer: Keeping Company with God
Thursday March 6th at 7 pm (Op Centre)
The next Pastoral Care Workshop, scheduled at Opportunities Centre, is going focus on what prayer is, and what it is not. If you feel your “Prayer Life” needs a tune up, consider coming out to this workshop. The evening will have some teaching and discussion on prayer, and will provide some practical advice on prayer. If time permits, Jay will walk participants through some exercises that can help us with prayer – Don’t worry nothing weird or strange. If you are interested, call or email the office to sign up. There will be a fee of a couple bucks to cover the cost of refreshments. Everyone is welcome.
